How It Helps

Safety first, then growth

Safety

Establishing personal safety, recognizing triggers, and knowing when and how to ask for help.

Coping

Grounding and coping skills, managing emotional distress, and practicing self-care.

Healthy Relationships

Setting boundaries, building support systems, and making healthier life choices.
