Work Activities:<\/b><\/p>

Ensures that the most effective treatment approaches are utilized; developing new models of treatment.\u00a0<\/li>
Monitors regulatory and clinical standards; productivity and quality assurance efforts, meet contractual reporting requirements and performance standards.\u00a0<\/li>
Updates, maintains and complies with Texas Cares policies and procedures as it relates to all clinical program operations.\u00a0<\/li>
Oversees clinical supervision of Behavioral Health Staff, Outpatient Licensed Therapists, training, and ongoing education.\u00a0<\/li>
Provides guidance, clinical supervision, and oversight of unlicensed Behavioral Health staff to ensure compliance and clinical guidelines are followed.\u00a0<\/li>
Conducts routine treatment team meetings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>
Performs clinical assessments.\u00a0<\/li>
Provides clinical support for crisis intervention services.\u00a0<\/li>
Capable of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.\u00a0<\/li>
Facilitates critical incident reviews and staff debriefings.\u00a0<\/li>
Organize and provide outreach activities within the community to assist with marketing and gaining referral agencies.\u00a0<\/li>
Oversees certification site visit preparation, and program audit visits and reports.\u00a0<\/li>
Prepares and maintains documentation, records and reports in accordance with clinic, state, and rules and regulations on the Electronic Health Record.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>
Clinical Experience:\u00a0
Significant experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health setting specifically Mental Health Rehabilitation and Targeted Case Management Services.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Licensure:\u00a0
Current licensure as a clinical psychologist, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), or other relevant licensure.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise and support a diverse team of clinical professionals.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
