Step 1: Intake
Fill out our intake packet, and we'll review your insurance information, and determine eligibility
Step 2: Consent
Fill out our consent forms, and we'll schedule an assessment
Step 3: Assess
Complete the assessment call, and final diagnostic interview
Step 4: Start!
Get paired with a QMHP to get your child started on the road to better mental health
